When to get it checked
A short video of the symptom can help explain a fault, but do not operate a ride-on if the brakes, steering, cutting deck or safety interlocks may be unsafe. Ask about pickup and delivery when you call; arrangements depend on the machine and location.
Common signs to mention
- Starter or battery-related trouble
- Uneven cutting or a deck that will not engage
- Loss of drive, steering changes or unusual vibration
- New squeal, knock or warning light
What to have handy
Make and model if visible, a short description of the fault, and when it last ran normally. If the machine is unsafe to operate, stop using it and call before transporting it.
Not sure which service fits? Call and describe the machine. We can point you to the right repair conversation.
