When to get it checked
Repair options depend on the equipment type, parts availability and condition. Bring any loose or detached parts if safe, and do not run equipment with a damaged guard or a fuel leak. Call first if you are unsure whether the machine can be transported safely.
Common signs to mention
- Tool is hard to start or will not idle
- Power drops during use
- Cutting, blowing or feed mechanism is not operating correctly
- Unusual vibration, noise, smoke or a fuel leak
What to have handy
Make and model if visible, a short description of the fault, and when it last ran normally. If the machine is unsafe to operate, stop using it and call before transporting it.
Not sure which service fits? Call and describe the machine. We can point you to the right repair conversation.
